Description

The Tranquillity Island Resort includes an Eco Tourism Dive Base that has a range of activities for you to choose from. On offer are scuba diving, snorkelling, bush walks and kayaking.

Scuba Diving dive sites include the Tranquillity drop off, 2 wrecks, caves, thermal vents and Hat Island. If you are a first time diver there are introductory dives and dive courses available. All dives are subject to weather conditions.

You can also visit the Hawksbill Turtle Conservatory, where turtles are reared, tagged and then released.

Accommodation includes 7 island style fares available on the island and 2 dormitories. Each has its own private beach and bathroom facilities. There is 24hr Solar Lighting available and Mains Power available for several hours in the morning and night, however, there is no Electricity to power flat screen tv’s or mini bars. Great news is that you won’t need this as the Island offers so much potential to the Intrepid Traveller.
